Ticketing
Visitors with disabilities require either a professional visitor badge or a general public ticket (no special rate available). However, admission to the Show is free for one accompanying person per visitor with a disability throughout the duration of the event.

Getting to the Show
Public Transport
We recommend using one of the following public transport routes to bring you closest to the Show entrances.
RER B and Shuttle Buses
- Le Bourget RER station then free shuttle bus to Gate L (100m from entrance).
- Villepinte station then free shuttle bus to Gate O (200m from entrance).
Accessibility features at stations:

- Platform tactile guidance strips
- Induction loop systems
- Wider ticket control gates
- Accessible ticket counters
RATP Buses
- Michelet – Parc des Expositions stop (lines 152, 350, 610) for Gate O entry
- La Comète stop (lines 133, 610) for Gate L entry
⚠️ These bus stops are wheelchair accessible but are located approximately 500 meters from the entrances. Please take this distance into consideration.
Private Vehicles
A dedicated parking area with 100 accessible spaces is available at Gate L at a rate of €10 incl. VAT per day.
📌 No prior reservation possible.
✅ All three Mobility Inclusion Cards (CMI) are accepted.
Taxi / Rideshare (VTC)
• Taxi: Drop-off/pick-up zone at Gate L.
• Rideshare (VTC): Drop-off/pick-up zone at Gate O.
⚠️ We strongly discourage drop-offs outside the designated areas.
New! Mobility Assistance Service – Gate L
Move around the Show independently and comfortably.
This service includes:
📞 A dedicated hotline (available from May 15) to prepare your visit beforehand and assist you throughout the Show.

🛺 A chauffeured golf-cart service, adapted for wheelchairs (maximum ramp capacity: 120 kg). A Mobility Inclusion Card or disability card is required for each use. The service may also be offered in cases of temporary disability or for pregnant women, subject to a prior assessment by our team
How the service operates:
• Professional Days (June 16–19): Drop-off as close as possible to your meeting points (entry into exhibition halls is not permitted). After your appointment, call the hotline to request the chauffeur to assist you to your next location. Please note a waiting period may apply if the chauffeur is already engaged.
• General Public Days (June 20–22): Access to certain areas (halls and static displays) will be limited due to high visitor numbers. However, the golf-cart can transport you to the grandstand area.
♿ Equipment rental service in partnership with AXSOL. You can reserve adapted equipment online or rent directly on-site at the accessible parking area (Gate L): 4-wheel scooters, manual or electric wheelchairs.
Reception and Adapted Services
Reception Points
• The Mobility Assistance Service is available upon request to help guide, inform, or assist you. Additionally, all reception and information staff throughout the Show are available to answer questions and offer assistance.
• Priority access upon presentation of a mobility/disability card at Gates L and O.
• Some ticket offices and information points are equipped with induction loop systems.
Restrooms All restroom facilities at the Show are accessible and comply with current accessibility regulations.
Grandstand A designated area for visitors with reduced mobility is available near the grandstand, with reserved seating for accompanying individuals.

Golf-cart Service
Refer to the Mobility Assistance Service section under “Reception and Adapted Services” (see above).
Shuttle Trains
Small shuttle trains are available to facilitate your movement, depending on the visit days:
• Professional Days (June 16–19, 2025):
6 trains running from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (including 1 wheelchair-accessible), with 8 stops.
• General Public Days (June 20–22, 2025):
2 trains running from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM and from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM (including 1 wheelchair-accessible), with 2 stops.
Important Considerations
• The Show spans an area of 70 hectares, including 125,000 sqm of exhibition space: considerable distances may need to be covered.
• Flight demonstrations produce high noise levels, which might be uncomfortable for some visitors.
• During General Public days, attendance can reach up to 100,000 visitors.
Practical Advice Reminder
• Bring a water bottle (max. 75 cl – no glass containers). Drinking fountains are available throughout the Show for refilling.
• Check weather conditions beforehand and plan accordingly: cap, sunscreen, rain gear, etc.
